Mufasa: The Lion King

Project managed a twelve person technical director team across 3 global studios to deliver Disney's fully CG prequel. Sat in dailies with VFX supervisors reviewing complex fur simulation sequences, every strand of Mufasa's mane had to hold up at IMAX scale. Oversaw development of custom tool pipelines and drove agile workflows that kept one of Disney's most ambitious animated features moving from first render to final pixel.
